Advanced Advisory and Troubleshooting: Every ticket generated from you or support@yourhost.com, will be resolved within 6 hour. Should Level 2 issues arrive, we will notify you of the amount of time needed to resolve the issue and request your approval.

Active Monitoring: Internal agent will monitor your server every 30 minutes and capture logs of running applications and services.
 
Backup Services: We can assist you in developing a backup strategy or provide recommendation on existing backup plan, and develop scripts to schedule your backups.
 
Remote Administration: With your permission, we will fully administer your server from modification of settings, troubleshooting, installation, upgrades, and patching of supported apps.
 
Support Level: Level 1 - 2 Support (Level 2 Support: Up to 4 hours/month
